The 245 @ 28.6" is slightly shorter than the 235 @ 29.2".
Not sure how the speedo receives it's signal but you may see a minute (2-3%)difference in speedo accuracy.

The tire height of the tire relates to the circumference of the tire, eventually leading to the number of revolutions per mile. This is why I noted a possible small difference in speedo vs. actual speed.
Check with Lexus about the widest tire you can mount on your rims.

You want 255/50/19 which is almost exactly the same diameter as the stock 235/55/19. There is only one tenth of a millimeter difference in size and that is so little that given manufacturers design differences and manufacturing tolerances, they are the same diameter.
The wheel design widths acceptable for this size are 7 to 9 inches. The factory wheel is 7.5 inches. They will fit.
