Love the General Dynamics F-16 Falcon! I didn't know they were called Vipers. That's quite a impressive
& responsible profession Sir!
I agree the new C7Z is quite a machine, but I'd probably stay away from the 1st model yr., historically with Vette's, the 1st yr. of any generation has had it's teething problems.

Due to lack of sales the new Viper's plant is closing for two months. I suspect
The Viper is on its way out.

I don't think you can generalize about one particular brand of tires, obviously Michelins are well known and reputed to be a quality higher end tire used as OE on many Supercars (Michelin Pilot Series such as SS ZP/Sportcup 2 ZP) but perhaps for the RX application this Michelin model was chosen by the bean counters at Lexus, a compromise between cost & performance. So many owners are not happy with the OE Michelins, couldn't be just a coincidence with similar complaints in other car forums.

And i agree about the c7z. I may get one in a few years and let the kinks get worked out.

Not to mention if you wait for the 2nd year to buy a vette, you don't have to pay the $8,000 above sticker price dealerships are asking for the new 2014.

Thanks, though not nearly as impressive or exciting as it sounds. Flights are thrilling for the first few turns, but 7-8 Gs gets to you pretty quickly, then you are just eager to get out of the thing. The Blackhawk helicopter is WAY more fun actually.
