wiper down after engine stop
I notice that wipers stop in position they were caught when I turn engine off (in the middle across windshield). Is it possible to set them to go down after ignition is off as other (not so luxury cars) do?

Not really unles you push stop/start button twice w/o pressing on brake pedal to place RX into "ignition" mode...

We have had several Toyotas and now our RX350 and don't think I have ever noticed this "feature", or it didn't bother me if I did. I guess we always turn the the wipers off prior to stopping the engine.
Lots of Toyota features that I can't believe other cars don't have, like headlights auto off. We borrow our daughter's Honda Van from time to time and I am amazed that you have to manually turn the lights off.
