This also happened to me. Some of the plastic material doesn't completely adhere because of the curvature of the edges. It is most apparent on the front edge of the hood.
Just take it back to the installer and they will trim the edges for you. No big deal.

I work for a Lexus Dealership. We typically only apply the Clear Mask to the Hood, Fendertips, and mirrors. Depending on where you live it may be worth it. It looks better than rock chips. We warranty ours for the 4 year vehicle warranty. We do not ofer any sort of special wax or paint coating or interior protectant. The clear mask is a thin very durable plastic film. We dont typically put it on the bumper covers as they can be touched up here since they are not made of metal.

This service is not worth it and can not be cancelled once you sign the agreement. I bought a new car and the dealer sold me this company service. With in one week, my car meet with an accident and became total loss. This company refused to pay back even part of my money. Not a customer friendly company. I doubt what kind of service I would have got even if my car was around. The risky part is the collect the full money upfront and we can not cancel even if the service is not good. We will be better off going to dealer for any touch ups
