do all rx330 come with the laser cruise control???// if not, which package does??/

All RX's definitely do not come with the laser cruise control. I don't believe that it's a part of any package. It's suppose to be an available option though. Dealers may have have a set package that they bring in with the Dynamic Laser Cruise Control though.
