Disaster at Dallas TX Lexus Luxury Redefined event
I haven't seen anyone post coverage of the disaster at the Dallas TX Lexus Luxury Redefined event this weekned. We had a big hail & tornado storm last night and it ruined the tents at the event and their equipment was strewn around all over the place. I got there at 2PM today at my appointed time and the place was in total chaos and they said everything had been cancelled.
Nobody seemed to know if it would be rescheduled for later or not. Seems that Saturday went fine, but the storm came through during Sat evening. We had golf-ball sized hail (I live about 1 mile away from the event), so any of their cars parked outside would have been damaged. I saw a brand new RX330 with a headlight broken. Not sure if that was due to the storm or someone crashed it while test driving!
A big disappointment!

That headlight/mounting doesn't look like hail damage plus no holes in windshield, dimples in hood. Accident.
That is one big-*** spring storm, too. Only thing I don't like about spring down here in the South is the nasty storms that spawn stuff like this............

Sounds like these events are a success (except in TX). Can anyone comment about how crowded it gets? I'm waiting for the Chicago visit, and I'm a bit concerned about massive crowds there. Thanks.
