Why RX330 2004, not RX330 2003?
Is this only to do with advertisement practices or does it imply that Lexus won't change(or improve anything in actually 2004 production?
Thanks in advance!

New year models usually come out in the year preceeding them. I.E., the 2003 RX was introduced in third quarter of 2002 therefore the RX330 being introduced in April of 2003 was slated to be an '04 model.
Sometimes, small changes in a vehicle production will make it's way in the middle of a current model year. Example, the '99 RX began with a single button for both left and right heated seats. Later in '99 YM RX production the two front heated seats each had their own switch.
