Default Bluetooth and Phone Models

Does anyone here have an "LG G3" android phone and connected it to their RX330? I am only focusing on the phone capability via bluetooth and not anything like streaming audio etc.

I am considering buying an LG G3 at some point this year and would like to know if anyone has used an LG G3 with their car and what the experience has been like.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 at the moment and the phone itself is beginning to get under my skin and I am thinking of jumping the Samsung ship and going to something else. Not to get into a which phone is best thread, but here are the problems I have had (for all I know some of these problems may be common depending on the phone make / model):
  • My phone connects to the car most of the time. However even when connected if a call comes through it doesn't always show up on my NAV to answer the phone. If I do happen to pick up the call (as I am pulled over or the car is not moving), I answer the actual phone but the thing is still in headset mode.
  • Sometimes it does pick up and even though in Headset mode (i.e. connected to the car audio) the only way to talk to a person is to actually pick up the phone and untick the headset button as the other person can't hear me.
  • If I dial a number, I get a loud audible handset sound (almost high piercing) before it dials the number
  • When dialling a phone number, no rings can be heard (when connected).
  • When connected the first time and it's actually working, if I then drive the car, switch it off and then come back a few minutes later, the phone doesn't connect again (or exhibits one of the above if it does miraculously connect).
  • Phone number / book transfer is pointless and I have noticed that the bluetooth simple disconnects / reconnects (so not maintaining a permanent connection). Yes I have also tried the bluetooth transfer app on the play store.
