Disconnected battery and allthe switches in the dash, including on/off in glove box. So that's what caused the problem. Now to fix it. I re-connected battery and all switches, bit hatch won't open with key switch or any switches in car (at door or in front dash). I did manual open and close without any result., the button in glove box is pushed in. help!!

After disconnecting the power, you are supposed to open the door manually then close it with the button on the door. This resets the motor.

I have unlocaked all doors and opened and closed the rear hatch manually. Nothing.

I tried doing what you said and opened door manually then hit the black button on the door to close it. Nothing.

Any other suggestions

Hmm...I would double check the glove box switch and make sure it is connected to the wire harness and also check the fuses. But other than that, I am at a loss.
