Disassemble 2004 RX330/Damage
Hello, Can someone PLEASE HELP! Lexus of Bridgewater which is in NJ had my vehicle for 45 days ,just to find a leak.(Picked up my SUV Friday just pass) My vehicle was disassemble and there is mold from leak . I was told the right front moonroof drain was improper routed and resealed both rear tail lamp buckets and rear body seams leaking. This all sound like DEFECTS to me. What do you think? Lexus Corp give me service credit for carpet and mold remediation. Which come to find out Sever Master did a mold treatment just to the inside of the vehicle not what. Nothing to the seats etc. Wants the molded seat and everything else when back in untreated the spores are right back in vehicle, the molded floor mats were put back in also. Wow! Mold is still in vehicle. I have been so sick driving(I have a lung disease) that's my only means of transportation right now. I told the dealer I was not paying they took my car in service and blocked the loaner in .I did pay. On top of that when I left there after paying 800, went in a open parking lot. There was DAMAGE to the inside of SUV head liner apart everywhere, liner is wet, dent in the glove. dent in the rubber on the passenger side door ,hear a cracking noise in the dash, hear noise went im driving. I don't know if everything was put back correctly or safely. Lots of water and grease stains on liner, carpet was install improperly staples in carpet, and lifting up. Center console is to close to the gear.. I was told by the Manger that they were not serving my SUV anymore. im going to try and send pictures. if someone can please help me out I would appreciate it. By the way I was never in an accident since I had the car. Purchase in 2007.

The middle console is adjustable. There is a lever that you pull up on and the console slides back and forth. Just reach down and feel for it. Sorry to hear about your car. I would trade it in with all the issues you have.
