Warranty head lights

Do you have a failure with a bulb out and/or a problem with a ballast? At the moment that is the only repair being covered according to the letter that went out to owners. If it is just condensation you have to wait.

I don't believe that they will expedite for condensation only. Defective bulb or ballast may be necessary for immediate action. As I understand it, there is a shortage of parts so they have to ration them out.

Also, just because you have a condensation problem doesn't mean they will be replacing any equipment. I am not holding out any hope they will be doing anything regarding my halogens even with all the condensation seen in the past.
