06 RX 330 drivetrain warning lights on
Wifes 2006 RX330, FWD w/ 120K miles.
Live in phoenix, AZ, many many miles per day city/hwy
Third time is three weeks the right pod warning lights come on. ABS, Brake, VSC, Trac off and low tire pressure
Cars runs drives just fine.
lights go off after shutdown and restart.
She wants to run it into the dealer, I want to try and figure it out.
What would cause this?
Also after 120K miles its out of warranty, and I think it needs tune up.
It's got the soft gas pedal issue, (hit gas, and after a second or two it responds..)
changed trans fluid/filter 2x now and it's due for 3
what else can I do for a tune up that the dealer want to charge me thousands for?
timing belt, lifters adjust? spark plugs?
thanks!

Welcome to Club Lexus, danev2.
Regarding your codes, have a read here:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...e-driving.html
The lights come on in the weirdest combinations for various problems. What you need is to have the error codes read using a scanner. A local parts shop such as AutoZone or Advance Auto Parts would normally do this for you for free. With the code(s) we can tell you more about your problem.
Now, at 120K you should be aware of the following. First, you should have had your timing belt replaced by now. Was due at 90K. Many leave it until 120K. Means that you should also have the water pump inspected and probably replaced at the same time while it is off. Next, at 120K you should be replacing the spark plugs. The rear bank of plugs are very hard to get at and requires a bit of disassembly.
Much of this is in the maintenance schedule section of your Owner's Manual. There are also a number of DIY items if you search for them here at CL.

Ok good to know, in the end it seems to boil down to the brake light switch.
and It looks like I'll be doing some big maintenance on the engine for belt and water pump and plugs
thanks!!
