Welcome to Club Lexus, jhcao1472.

The spark plug change interval is 120K miles as stated in the Owner's Manual.

Here is the URL for the information you are looking to obtain. It is included with the others in the DIY sticky at the top of the forum.

Thanks for the link. This looks really complicated, but I guess it can be done.

It is not a minor project. It requires removing the throttle body, and upper manifold.

How is it 120 000 miles on 100 000 miles warranted plug (IR ones)? I am not questioning what manual says. I just came from DENSO website. IR extra long life is 100 000 miles. Just like NGK.

Default Plug change interval

FYI, when I changed my plugs at 120K miles they still looked very good, probably could go 200K! Plan on replacing all three rear coils while you are in there, will save you some headaches later!

The interval is 120k, but when the dealer changed ours at 115k, it made a significant difference. The dealer did it on our RX, but i did it myself on our ES330 which has a very similar layout, and while not impossible, definitely time consuming on the back.

It took me about 3 hours because I was being extremely careful, and I highly suggest those ratcheting wrenches which made the job significantly easier, especially for removing the brackets from the back of the intake.
