2008 RX 350 / P2197 code /Check Engine Light

2008 RX 350 / P2197 code /Check Engine Light
I have 2008 Lexus RX 350 with 55K miles on it. Today, all of a sudden, following three lights came on --
1. Check Engine
2. VSC Off (Blinking on and off)
3. Slip Indicator light
I checked the OBD codes. It is --
P2197
O2 Sensor Signal Stuck
Lean Bank 2 Sensor 1
Any thoughts on what might be wrong. Any suggestions? Do I need to visit dealer asap?
