Default mirrortap using actual mirror cord

I've searched the forum but it seems everyone is using everything but the mirror cord to mirrortap their radar detectors.

Most other cars have color coded cables but the rx330 i have, has its mirror cord in black, black and black. there are numbers on the plug ports (1-6) and unfortunately i don't have a voltmeter to check which one is ground and which one is power.

Has anybody done the tap using just the mirror cable dongle or could anyone with a voltmeter give me which offset (1-6) is ground and which one is power.

Thanking You in Advance.

If you don't have a voltmeter (or continuity tester), you should not be tapping into any of the circuits in a car.
Get one now so you can do these neat things with some assurance that they are being done right the first time.
