How to change the serpentine belts on a RX330?

I have a 2004 RX330. Is there a way to change the serpentine belts without pulling out the radiator?

I assume you are referring to the accessory belts and not the timing belt. Some info here:

Yes. Loosen the adjustment bolt that is near the alternator and loosen the adjustment bolt at the power steering pump. Ths will loosen both belts and you can change them. No need to even touch the radiator.
