Checking air in spare tire

Checking air in spare tire
RX 2007 350
The low tire pressure warning light is on and I cannot turn it off.
I've lowered the spare tire but cant see how to check the pressure in the tire.
Is there a simple procedure to do this ? Is there a connection I need to remove that controls the pressure wartning light or do I just need to check it and fill if needed ? Will the low spare air pressure prevent me from canceling the warning light ? Thanks
