Default Steering wheel vibrations

Hi guys, this problem happened to me twice, first there were wheel spacers, only 5 mm,i removed it ,balanced the tires and it is gone untill few days ago,I was driving down hill,50-60 mph with slight turn with braking, which was more than slight pressure on the peddle and continous I started to feel violent vibrations in the steering wheel, after that I drove in the same area with braking nothing may be very slight vibrations which could be transmitted from the road itself,I have 2004 rx330 with the oem rotors that was replased by the dealer for wrapping very early in the ownership.I have air suspension and the car was just checked for state inspection...I thank you for any opinions

Sounds like my old 330. I had the rotors and brake pads replaced at 15K miles. I was driving home from the dealer after the tires were changed to the Alenzas. I wouldn't say the steering wheel shook violently while slowing down from highway speeds but it was definitely a bit scary. The dealer checked everything and found that the rotors were defective. After they were replaced everything was fine. I also had the tires rebalanced using the stick-on weights. For some reason the OE ones were problematic.

Check the caliper bracket bolts. If they are not torqued properly, the symptoms you mentioned will show.

Happened to a friend's car. Vibration, like crazy, rotors were recently turned and pads replaced and yet was wiggling like bananas. Turns out the caliper bracket's bolts were loose.

Good luck.
