RX330 won't accelerate
Just completed the task of replacing the alternator fuse in my 2004 330.After starting her back up,my VSC,CEL,and Trac light are on.Everything runs normally now, except for one thing, the car wont accelerate at all when depressing the pedal. It also shifts into reverse VERY roughly now.I checked the fuses and had three blown.Replaced them and still the same scenario.
Can anyone help me???

need more info.
why did you replace the alternator fuse ?
what was the car doing before you replaced?
just by reading what you wrote all I can ration is that you alternator is no good and you are running on battery only-which will cause the vehicle not to accelarete because it does not have enough power to run all the electronics (computers.sensors,etc,.)

Replaced the alternator fuse because my wife and daughter tried to jump start the car after leaving the interior light on all night.Im pretty sure they reversed the polarity on the jumper cables.Has been running totally normal before.

You will need get a faults codes and better to use Toyota software for this. I meant it's not just regular OBD codes, you will need a specific Toyota codes.
It feels like your transmission in there limp mode. You can try to disconnect a battery for 10 min or so then try again. It will reset computer for sure but it will not fix, then go auto shop for Toyota code reader.
