New RX 330 for 2004
That is what I am hearing. No 3rd seat. 3.3 liter V-6, possibly 250hp. Car will be even slicker and more "sexy" whatever that means. Slightly larger as everything nowadays. Will be a technological marvel, as Lexus further differenciates it's models with the competition as well as it's own Toyota's. Nothing new for 2003.
It will likely be 1-tone in color like the coach editions.

Pole Position
This is really MUSIC TO MY EARS
I'm so happy.....Yes, you got that right, I'm happy that it WILL NOT have that friggin dam* 3rd row of seats We don't need yet another friggin BUS out there ..........this means that the length and width increases will be VERY VERY MARGINAL.........RX has always emphasized the sport in Sport Utitlity Vehicle........in other words, I'm extremely happy that the RX will remain SMALL/COMPACT, nimble, fun-to-drive and sporty SUV that it should always remain, and not become one of those stupid big and wide soccer-mom buses

Out of Warranty
If you are over 4' 10"...
Visualize duck-walking over the folded second row to your third row seat. And you thought your last economy class seat was uncomfortable? How about NO legroom? And this is why you bought a Lexus? Suggestion for those comtemplating that third row: Buy a mommy van.

Despite what some folks think here (and othere Lexus sites), there are no authentic next gen RX spy photos on the Net. Everything out there is either another vehicle or a Photoshopped mock up meant to yank people's chains.

Oh yeah, the first gen. RX prototype. The production version looks MUCH better Did they try to make it look uglier so the production version would look that much better

That mid-hatch spoiler in the photo can actually be had if one so desires... why is beyond me. I suppose the same folks who lower and put ground effects on an SUV would like it
