iPhone 4 bluetooth connection issues?

iPhone 4 bluetooth connection issues?
Had no problem connecting previous iPhone versions to my 2008 RX350, but neither of our iPhone 4's will connect. Now I know my car has an odd electrical problem (garage door openers occasionally act up, have to use 1 before 3 will work and GPS sticks in night mode in the middle of the day), however, being able to get to our dealer when I am having the occasional weirdness never seems to work out so I'm wondering if this is related or just normal. Anybody else having this issue or do I finally have a reproducible electronics problem for them to work on?

I just purchased the iphone 4 and I have the 2007 Lexus RX 350 SUV can seem to connect the bluetooth it is telling me that I need a pass key on my telephone. can anyone help me. I had the blackberry before connected but I just upgraded to the iphone 4 this week and need help in using my speaker to talk while driving. any suggestions or help from anyone.???

What do you guys do to connect the iPhone to your system? I'm thinking of getting a system like the ISTY571. I wont put a link as this isn't spam... I need a way to connect my iphone 4 to the system for music as well as phone etc...
