The ES300 and the Camry are noticeable examples of this.
Bumper sticking out, grille slightly recessed, and headlights
swept back over the hood.
Those "spy shots" show some of this look, too.

I still think the new RX will be the same size as the Toyota Hilander with more sporty looks. This smaller "RX330" as shown has got to be another suv model.
Just my $ 0.02
I hope im right, it looks like S.

Whitels, the $40,350 MSRP you mentioned for this new 330 will mean a hefty 11+% ($4,070) jump from the current $36,280 MSRP (4WD) which to me is a pretty substantial price hike and will also mean that Lexus (pricewise) plans to inch upwards to the much larger Mercedes ML and BMW X5 class. By the time you tag on those options, you'll be looking at a $45,000+ RX which maybe too high for its class. Since we are in the market for such a SUV, we'll wait till the production version comes out. When is this 330 coming out? Is it a 2003 or 2004 you saw?
Did you also notice any increase pep from the 230hp engine as compared to the current? I find the current RX performance somewhat marginal (not quite enough pep in passing) and that's the reason why we've been holding off in getting one.

The folks there were mum if it was going to be an 03 or 04 model. I don't know either.
