Computer Reset
I havent done it on my RX350. But my old RX300 would be so slow after a few weeks.
So whenever I got gas. I would pull the ECU fuse from under the hood. For 2 or 3 minutes. There should be a fuse for your car computer. The owners manual would be a good start to find it.

Transmission
On the 1st Generation RX. The transmission would learn the way you drive. And it would adapt to the transmission after a few weeks.
I lived in an area where the speed limit was slow. And a lot of city driving. So when you wanted to get on the highway. It would take forever to get going on the entrance ramp.
Pull the fuse. And the transmission would reset. And it would take off.
I’m sure the 2nd Generation has the same type of system. Maybe not as noticeable.
