My '07 has them. First of all you need to be going 18 mph or more before they operate (owner's manual) Secondly they aren't useful in any town with street lights because there is plenty of light anyway. Third, even in darkness it is hard to see them move because the movement is quite small and happens quickly. My opinion is don't waste your time money, and effort.

I have AFS in my 08 RX350 and I just turn it off. One less componet to failure and to me there is not much difference with it on or off. But I do enjoy to bright HID at night.
