The "plastic piece" that covers the screws for the roof rack on my 2005 Lexus 330 is broken, I've got it taped in place now, but, I'd like to order a new one. This is the plastic peice that is at the rear of the rook rack. Other than going to the dealer, is there someplace online I can order one?

Another note - I'm out of warranty, but, the crossbars will not move now, it's most likely the tension bar, it won't come loose. Any easy to fix this, at least to the point so I can remove it?

I have removed my cross bar, just adds drag, no other use. You will have to pry them out, they are stuck. Check out the vendor forum...they can set you up. We have approved vendors who helps us a lot. Good luck.

I had to buy a front & rear cover from my passenger side rack. I got a quote from the local dealer for $85 for the front and $65 for the rear. I ordered them from http://www.mylexparts.com/ for I believe $100 for both.
