Default Front suspension noise (I need help)

writing from spain...
My RX350 has a strange noise coming from the right front wheel, more perceptible at low speeds and strangely in cold weather . When you drive about 400 meters seems to disappear but stills there if you hear carefully. Le Last week the Lexus service checked the car and told me that seems to be related with the air suspension shock absorbers and that nothing can be done to rid out of that noise.
The car never made that sound since the day I bought it.
Someone with the same experience?
Thank you and sorry for my bad english.....

What do you mean "nothing kan be done about it"? Go to a dealer and demand to get it fixed. Remember those thousands and thousand of euros you paid for the car? part of it was for the warranty, so make them fix it.

Not here in US,Take it to the dealer and see if something has gone wrong with shock absorber. Here is a TSB for europe to find out if something is wrong with the shock absorber. Did you see any oil leakage , if so print this TSB and show it to them

Yes, it could be a bum absorber. Covered under warranty, but they have to leak as shown in the TSB.
