How many miles on the car? I would suggest that this is not normal. Fwiw, I have an Acura with 119000 miles, no ticking, no noises, nothing. If the car is under warranty, I would take it in to have them look at it. I would also change the oil. My car calls for 5W-30 but if I lived in a warm climate like the South, I might go with a 10W-40. Sometimes a heavier oil can quiet noisy components but usually any noise is considered bad.

I wouldn't think that a clicking sound on a 28000 mile 330 is normal. My '05 330 has over 36000 miles on it and the engine is very quiet. In my experience, clicking that goes away after warm up can be a valve that is out of adjustment, a very slight exhaust leak, or a problem with the overhead cam. I would definetly take your car in and let the service department look at it. It should still be under warranty.
