I am just hurting right now

I need to remove the old AC compressor in an Rx300 but I can figure it out for the life of me. I've been looking for a guide and I have yet to find one with pictures or video.. Please if someone could help me out with a step by step guide I would be forever grateful. I've been trying to figure this out since 8am its now 6:30 pm on a brutally hot FL summer day..


Here are some pictures of where I am at right now..

I have so far, Drained the coolant, oil & gas. I have removed all the freon, let all the pressure out of the valves..

I took out the Air intake, Battery & fans..


But now I am lost, is this thing underneath the alternator? I'm not even completley sure where it is.. I think I've been in the sun for to long, i'm dazed lol..

What do I do?

I think the question is how to approach it.

Like from top .. remove item1, item2 ... so on

or

from Below ... remove item1, item2 ... so on.

Update, I have the new compressor in. Problem is, when I took everything out of the car to get to it, and get it out. I sorta forgot exactly how to put everything back together...


I took a video and I was hoping someone with a trained eye can look over my work and tell me if I missed anything ..

I know I am missing something with the radiator, I go over it in the video..
