Headlamp assembly replacement then problems
I replaced the headlamp assemblies on my 2000 RX - left side is working as it should. Right (passenger side) is messed up. When I replaced the assemblies, I swapped the connectors one at a time to ensure they were in the correct position. Now, the passenger side foglamp is on when the DRL should be on. I originally thought that I could just swap the wires because the foglamp was acting as the high beam/DRL should be. Problem is, low beam and fog lamp are 2006's while the high beam/DRL is a 2005 - and the connectors are "keyed" to their respective bulb type. Does this car have a headlamp control module or computer that could be malfunctioning? Has anyone else experienced this problem?
