Sold my 1999 RX300
It was a pretty reliable car besides the check engine light that came on every 2 months.
I just sold it earlier this evening and I put 216K miles on it.
If you're looking for a reliable car, then I would say go for the RX but get that check engine light fixed and the interior is kind of boring/outdated for the 300.
