abs brake pedal noise and pulsation
my 99 rx300 brake pedal pulsates and makes noise when braking but no abs light on on dash i have replaced rotors and pads and l/front wheel sensor .i haved checked the reluctor ring on axle it seems ok when i remove the abs relay from fuse box under hood the pulsation stops anyone have a clue whats going on help please

If the pulsation is on when you brake hard with the ABS active, and off after removing the ABS relay.. I would say the ABS is doing its job. Maybe your ABS bulb is burned out on the dash but it sounds just like normal ABS operation. Now if its just pulsating during regular braking then its more than likely warped rotors.

There are other threads about low speed abs activation.. Usually a slipping reluctor or bad sensor. In my case the driver side rear reluctor is slipping. No abs light. I pulled the relay to make it go away.

My 2 cents.
It may related to your rim and lug nuts torque. In summer I have the pulsed braking with seasonal tires/other band rims, this winter I replaced them to new winter tires and Toyota rims. The problem was improved quite a lot.
