RX 300 Drivers Seat Needs Help
Driver Seat has lost it ability to stay in up position. The electrical up and down, back and forth works fine, but will not hold it's position. Thanks for any help given.

Do you mean that once you set a position and you sit (apply weight) the seat sinks down?
The electric motor drives a worm gear and that gives it the mechanical advantage [motor makes multiple turns and seat moves a little bit]. The worm gear setup is bad ... broken teeth or sheared pin.
