Default Kind of a pleasant experience at Sewell Dallas today...

I went to get an inspection sticker (and a battery) today and when the SA came to get me she said how much the guys in back enjoy my car when it comes in! They like all the "mods" and how well cared for it is. Apparently not too many modders come to the dealership for service.

My car isn't very modded but it is probably the cleanest '01 they get to see and then she said to let them (the mechanics) know if I decide to sell it. I think she was sincere, she had no reason to hump my leg at all.

Anyway, it was a pleasant surprise and not something I expected at a busy place like Sewell.

That's great when a dealer appreciates your mods. Reminds me of when I was looking to trade in the 330. I had all the sales guys out there checking out my stereo set up in the cargo area. Not what they expected a girl to do And the guy doing the appraisal wanted it as is and gave me my price

Anita, you'll be pleased to know they are back to the hazel nut filled Italian cookies, I started to take a picture but I ate it.

Carver, glad you enjoyed it. If I need some good Italian cookies, I just have to go down the street. Costs less too I do miss the mints the dealer used to put in the car after service though.
