Several months ago I replaced my battery and terminal ends. When connecting the new battery I crossed the pos and neg which caused a charge to be sent through the system. I replaced the Alt fuse. I have a lingering problem that I have not been able to resolve.

Currently the following do not work: LCD display is dark, radio doesn't work, dome light doesn't come on, and garage door opener on the visor won't work. Everything else seems to work.

I've been through the fuses several times, but I wonder if I'm missing something. The problems seem to be too isolated for this to be a ECM issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go into the fusebox in the engine bay and check the dome light fuse, it is a 10A fuse I believe. If it is broken then this maybe your problem since this fuse controls pretty much everything you mentioned. Good luck.
