It's actually made by a company called Vararam, which also made the ram air intake for his Z06. However, in order to make 2 spacers work required some careful cutting of the coupling just in front of the throttle body and the unit housing the MAF sensor, That had to be just right as we couldn't find more of the coupling around town. In addition, we went through hell just trying to find the 4 long M6 1.0 bolts that would be long enough to fit this and finally found them at Ace Hardware. This was kind of a gamble, because they cost about $50 for each spacer, but in the end the throttle body is quite cool to the touch, which was our goal.

Okay so I tried cutting holes in the bottom of the airbox in my stock '99 RX and the hesitating occured during throttle application. There are 4 1/8" holes.
What can I do for more airflow just using the stock filter?

Best thing you can do is make a lower air intake system from the bumper using some PCV tubing as I have on page 6 below of my car domain page and you can still keep the stock air box.

Hi Archangels, How you make the heat shield for Secret Weapon R Intake ? Did you make any hole in the airbox resonator? How is the engine sounds? Do you still have this in your car? What is the advantages and disadvantages for this SW R intake? Thanks.
