Car Don't Start After 12hrs Parked
My 2000 Rx 300 AWD has a strange problems for few days. When I parked the
car like in the evening and next morning i try to start the engine 3/4 times it donot start. But when i press & hold the gas pedal and tray to start
the engine it does start. Yesterday i start the car same way but it stop after
few seconds again again. I have no CEL code or signs on the dash board. I do
on time oil changes. My car has a mileages of 82000. I did change the spark plugs about 70000 mileages. Few weeks ago i change the MAF sensor. Does anyone has similiar problems ? Suggestions and infos highly appreciated.

can you please elaborate .. Does not start?
Is the stater able to turn the engine over at sufficient speed?
How clean are injectors?
You may like to get the ecu read.

It start if i press & hold the gas pedal . After few minutes of engine running the car runs good. But the problem at the morning when the car is cold, it donot start normaly. Injectors cleaned by dealer 7/8 months before.

Seems like an issue with idle control (air fuel mixture and others). Best would be to get a ecu dump.

Reset: by disconnecting the battery for 20 minutes or so will clear the ecu memory.
Before you wipe the history, a dump can be obtained by obdII (this is what I meant by getting a dump). Dealership or Autozone can do it.
If you reset, then you have to drive for a week.

Definitely Idle Air Control valve sticking. Recommend taking to your local dealer and having the idle air control valve replaced. That is unless you have the tools and relative know how on how to replace it.

Oh wow, I had the same exact problem like two years ago on my 2000 RX300. I had about 40K miles at the time. I took it to the dealership and they replaced the IACV (Idle Air Control Valve). Afterwards, my RX300 was perfect again ever since.
