Thumbs up question

I just picked up my 02 Rx300 indigo blue last night and I am really enjoying the ride.
My question for those who have a Rx300 with aftermarket wheels and tires are "what size wheel and tires would you recommend?" I had a 98 GS300 with 18" rims and everytime I would reach 50mph, my steering wheel would vibrate. I want to get 18" wheels again but don't want to go through that problem again.

I wouldn't let your vibration with the 18's on the GS shy you away from putting 18's on the RX. It was probably a balancing problem, not the wheels.

I agree with you on 18's I think that would be the ideal size for the RX. I would go with 18x7.5 or 18x8 wheels with 255/55/18 tires. That will keep the overall height of the wheel/tire combo about the same as stock - so you speedo will be accurate.

Oh, welcome to ClubLexus, and congradulations on the new RX! Indigo blue is a GREAT looking blue.
