The dealer replaced my driver seat under warrenty. I had small cracking in the leather. Thought he would give me the old "normal wear is not covered" routine but they took care of it. Dorshal Lexus Rochester NY

wow, that's good to hear. Glad you were had such expedient and quality service. Do you know why the seat was cracking?
