Great match on the tint! Are you able to tell me what brand film and part# they used.

Yes they did the small Windows as well. I was amazed how well this turned out as none of this was pre-cut. The brand was Solar Gard. As I said before from the inside there is a blue cast to the tint that shows up, but from the outside I think it looks identical. I am very happy with the result, and in Houston the inside needs all the help it can get to keep it cooler.

Is the Solar Guard tint they used called Quantum? I talked to a tinting company here and he said he uses Platnum Plus that matches better then the Solar Guard Quantum product.

The dealer is tinting the front windows and the small ones in front of them for me on 7/3. I will find out exactly what they use.
I figure that with the dealer having it done, it should match pretty darn good. We'll see.

That's all the info I can get on the tint that they used. I think they may be keeping a good thing to themselves, as the competition is strong in Houston for this business.

3M is your best bet. They have light medium dark shade.

hi i just got my rx tinted like two weeks ago. i found a tint very similar to the factory tint. i hope i dont get pull over for it though it looks awesome though. the only problem i had wit it is that it is a little off but u cant tell from far away. another is that the film is somewhat reflective on the inside of the car so u kinda have to ignore it n look through it. but other than that it is great. ill try to put a pic in the gallery.

yea those two triangles on the front sides cost 20 buck for both but its worth it. oh yea the rx in the background is my sis. i'll try to get a pic of my family's cars. we have like five lexuses.

That window tint looks great Mine looks the same, and I wanted it to match more than be... you know Any way I think it is like any dark tint, an you can see through it at some angles, an not at others. I never could get used to the two tone windows.
