Sub installed!

Yes I used a Fosgate r500x1D amp. It is a one channel class D amp I bought off of Amazon. 300 watts into 4 ohms.
To get signal, I found the speaker wire going into the sub was actually easy to get to. I took off way more than I needed to trying to find it (behind the speaker) . If you lift up the tray on the left side of the trunk you can access it there. It goes into this black sub box thing made to resonate the sub frequencies I guess.
The amp takes a high level input. So just a matter of running the amp wire to the battery, hooking up a ground to the chassis, then a remote wire to the fusebox on the drivers side.
Taking off the panels was nerve wracking. I didn't want to break any of the plastic clips. None broke!
So with the cost of the sub and the amp and the amp wiring, total cost about $321.00. Makes a huge difference!!
