ok mine was fine at 10:35-10:47am pst then it went dead and started this pink thing since. Came here to find this thread. Great.

EDIT
I just called my dealer and they said this is affecting all the new Lexus with Enform and the sattelite is rebooting itself. He said to give it a day then check it tomorrow.

Disconnect battery (negative terminal), wait about 5 minutes, reconnect and restart car.

Vehicle may die after 2-3 seconds. If so, restart vehicle again.

Verify System Reloading screen, keep vehicle on until completely rebooted.

UPDATE: Now Lexus is saying the manual reset may only work until the vehicle is turned off. Cycling the vehicle off and back on seems to bring back the error.

I just tried it again @ 12:20pm and it's still fine. Maybe after running for a time it will go down again? I will find out when I go out and it's on for a while-but at least for now, the reset worked on mine.

Wife just complained about the same issue. Any instruction on how to disconnect the battery and any other necessary steps to take? Thanks.

10mm wrench on negative terminal. Loosen a few turns and pry off terminal from battery post.

Wait 5-10 minutes

Tighten terminal on post, start vehicle. Verify "System Loading" screen

Note: This is a very temporary fix.

You seem to have some inside information on this issue, Lexus61030.

Do you know what -- if anything -- is Lexus doing to ensure that something like this doesn't happen again? Will they release a root cause to owners?

If I get any new information, I'll let you guys know. I'm a service adviser at a Lexus dealership... You can imagine how my day has been.

Is it easy to find the terminal and disconnect it? Trying to find a video or some kind of illustrations of power cycling the navigation but out of luck. Don't think my wife will be comfortable doing this unless it's easy.
