drivers.lexus.com site UPDATE issues
Lexus updated their owners web site last week (7/6-7/8) They are having issues that they are working on.
I have two accounts, one for my email address and user name and one for my wife. Both fail to log on. I called customer support and they sent me temp passwords which also didn't work..
Lexus Customer Service tells me that they are trying to get the new web site fixed but it may be a few days.
Is anyone else having issues logging in?

Yes. Two days ago the site made me change my username to my email address. Then I could not log in. I called and they expected things to be back up that evening. I tried yesterday and had no trouble logging in but could not use eDestination. Tried again today with same results. I called again just to make sure that the problem was not on my end. They are having problems with the changeover to the new site. They added three months to the end of my subscription for the inconvenience.

Not a great answer. I'm not sure who Toyota uses for IT/Web development but their problems seem to span all aspects of their internet presence. Compared to other manufacturers, in my opinion, Toyota brands websites do not fare well.
