Spiked! Rats...
Rats, picked up a big hunk of metal on the way home today, tore up my tire pretty good. Amazingly, the tire is not leaking at all.
Hmm, I think I can just shove some well chewed bubble gum in there, that should fix it up nicely.
I guess thanks Michelin for getting me home without any fuss, other than the clanging of the metal on the road, sounded like I was riding a horse.

I just decided to get 4 new tires, the others were coming up on 4 yrs old and 80% worn anyway. Sadly, the destroyed tire was probably the one with the most tread life left. Stuck with the Michelin Latitude HP Tour, they served me well enough and I was impressed how much damage it took and still kept going.

Michelin Latitude HP Tour are my favorite tires. I'm amazed at how well they hold a wet road in a spirited turn. I don't know how yours held air after being punctured like that. You are one lucky person.
