drl is not working and volume controls
I need some help my car is out of warranty, and I have no volume or voice command button. Has anyone ever experienced this before?
Also the amp1 fuse keeps blowing right away.
Would a blown amp keep the voice command button from working?
Any advice is appreciated.
My drl was working excuse that in the title

Based on your description of the symptoms it appears that the blown amp and fuse are keeping the volume voice command from working. They apparently share common circuitry. You need a professional shop to investigate as this is not something that can be resolved over the internet.

might be a pinched/shorted "watchspring" cable, it's the one that connects
the various steering wheel buttons to the dash by way of the steering column.
