what do I have?
Bought a 2012 rx350 with NAV, 19" wheels, extendable drivers seat. The owner manual states, in some places, type a,b,c,or d. I guess a type C or D because of the 19" wheels. Is that the sport suspension? besides the 19" wheels, what are differences in the types? Just what do I have??

You would not have sport suspension unless you got the F Sport model. 19 inch wheels can be an option on any version. I have no knowledge of this letter type classification.

The F Sport package was not available until 2013. Prior to that, there was a "Sport Package" but I'm not sure what all it included. Anita will know.
The cushion extended should indicate that you have the Luxury package, but I am not familiar with the letter classifications noted here by the OP. First I have seen of those.

I believe the Sport Package had VDIM (I think there is a switch in the center console), 19 inch wheels and stiffer shocks. It was a rare option package. After months of hunting I gave up trying to find a low mileage one within 500 miles of me.

No, I don't play soccer!
kinders2bs, congrats on your RX. Front seat extenders are part of the luxury package. That would automatically rule out the sport package since it wasn't possible to combine the two. The manual probably has a reference for A, B, C and D in there somewhere. You might need to go back a few pages to find it. And sometimes there is mention of a feature or option that isn't available here. I have a section on air suspension in my manual. That was an option on European RXs. Not worth it anyway.
Here's the link to the 2012 RX brochure. It has all the packages at the end with what's included.

What is the list of options that you RX350 has?
Some packages only have certain items so you can narrow down the choices by the specify items in some packages.
Example, Luxury has the illuminated sill plates while the Sport has the VDIM.
Here is the 2012RX brochure that provides information on what options/packages was available in 2012 RX.

To get a list of options installed send an email to Customer_Satisfaction_Inquiries@lexus.com
I was wondering if you had a list of installed options and equipment that my Rx came with from the factory, here is my VIN:
JTHFXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Thanks in advance,

I'm learning more about my 2012 RX 350 from this forum than any other I have used. Hats off to everyone who has responded. I do not have extended seat (my bad). I don't have illuminated sill plates(that's a neat option), and I don't have VDIM. I will use FLYCT's advice and write letter requesting what I have. Mucho thanks everyone

Thanks JDR
Hope you're not disappointed by the lack of some features. I think you'll be happy once you have the detailed list in hand. Definitely let us know what you find out. BTW, you can add illuminated sills if you want very easily. The seat extenders, not so much. And I meant to say earlier, VDIM is standard on the 450h, the 350 with the sport package and the 350 F-Sport. But there's no visible button to turn it on and off.

Lexus packages are hard to sort out because you have many ways to get most options like navigation, leather, wheel, etc without buying a particular package.
I was lucky enough to find my RX350 original window sticker folded-up inside the owners manual leather case that listed my options and the car's price.
Hey, you never know maybe your RX window sticker is in your owners manual case also.
