60k service

I find that my 2011 RX "seems" to require fewer/simpler maintenance items than my 2004. I would recommend comparing what needs to be done based on the publised maintenance schedule. But if you go to the same dealer all the time, they can check and adjust the individual items based on the "odd" mileage sched based on when you bought the car.
I will replace the tranny fluid in mine every three years or 90K km. It costs about C$170 - or US$50 at the current exchange.:-)
Lastly, the cabin and engine filters takes about 10 minutes to replace DIY.

Thanks Clutch, I was at a transmission shop picking up a neighbor and asked the guy about a fluid change and he said at 60+ is a good preventative as you stated. His quote was 155.00 for a complete flush. My sore shoulders will seek his services when I get to 60 thousand.

Like a lot of folks on this forum, I take list of required stuff to my local (very good) Toyota
dealer, and I average payiing 40% (!) of the official Lexus estimated service cost (this list can be found on-line). For my 30k service, I paid $190 vs $473.
