Their site isn't as user friendly as Sewell but I did find the pair because I had part numbers from the pair I bought when I had my '10 RX.
$234 each side less 10% CL discount and I believe free shipping.

I don't know which lights up white or blue.

I have heard they were in the 2010 model, and I can personally verify the 2013 is. I can't imagine that the 2015 wouldn't be the same.

I got mine after I had the car for a few days. My salesman plugged them in in about
2 minutes. I bought mine from the dealer at about the same price they were listed on Sewell.

Yes I have a 2015 and it seems to be plug and go. After getting some body repair done on the driver door, for some reason the sill did not light up any more. I pulled off the sill and found out the shop must have pulled it off because the plug was just laying there. Plugged it back in and everything worked.

Yes, it's a 15 with lighted doorsills added after purchase. They only come with the lux package and for some reason we don't get that package in this area. It was something I really wanted and they look great.
