Best price for Lease of RX 350
I am getting Lexus RX 350 on lease for 2 years on pre-payment of $10500 with no other payments in any month in NJ(includes everything with taxes)
Is it a good deal?
How do we generally search for good lease deals?

The best lease deals are the ones you create yourself. You negotiate the sale price of the vehicle then lease it. NEVER NEGOTIATE A LEASE, NEGOTIATE THE SELLING PRICE. Lexus financial purchases the vehicle rather then you (dealer does not care who buys it). You should know the interest rate (called money factor) and residual (depreciation of car). With these plus the final selling price of vehicle you can figure out what your monthly payments will be. Never negotiate a lease, only negotiate on the selling price of the car. Go to edmunds.com and learn more about how car leases work and see what other lease deals people got by searching 2015 rx 350. Also read up on pre payed leases such as yours

It's difficult to tell if you got a good lease deal without the MSRP of the vehicle plus miles per year allowed.

and the less money out of your pocket, the better!
remember, if you put down, let say $4,000 and the RX is totaled as you were driving off the dealer,
then you just lost that $4,000.
Most sales people will confuse you by just giving you the monthly payment.
Are the numbers you posted "included" the tax?
Post some of the details, like Rent charge ( an indirect way to know your money factor)

Just a few thoughts on the above posts.
On a one pay lease (lease paid up front) you still pay some interest with most auto makers. On a traditional monthly lease the interest charged is the sum of the MSRP and residual value multiplied by the money factor. For example: MSRP 50000, residual value 35000, money factor .0009. The monthly interest is .0009x(50000 + 35000)=$76.50 monthly interest. With a one pay lease you will pay interest on the residual value only.
Why is it a bad idea to do a one pay lease? If you total the vehicle kiss all that money bye bye. With a traditional monthly lease it will cost you nothing if car is totaled, and the lease is terminated. That's why everybody says to put nothing down upfront on a lease because they keep the money if you should happen to total the car as soon as you leave the lot. If you have a trade in, have them give you a check for the trade in instead up putting it towards the lease. Again, total the leased vehicle and you lose that trade in money, unless of course you got a check instead.
