Those led headlights look way better than stock. Got a couple of questions for those who have these/or the alternatives (mori ones).
Will the part numbers be the same over in the UK (universal part numbers)?
Is there are visible difference between the driver and passenger lights (shape, size, connection, etc)?
Is the light pattern standard for a left hand drive car? Or is the beam straight down the middle?
Are the mori ones rectangular or circular and does anyone have the exact model number to fit the rx (2010)?
Thanks for your help, this site has a wealth of knowledge.

-not sure if part numbers will be same for you... I doubt they're different
-there is a difference b/w driver and passenger(shape), in order to fit inside angled bumper
-can't answer your pattern question
-the morinotos look almost identical to the OEM ones
-I only have the model #'s for the OEM ones, and they will fit a 2010-2015
81210-4850
81220-4850
*side note: you asked if the morinotos are rectangular too. The OEM ones look just like the original halogen bulbs. It's just the light pattern that looks rectangular...

Intermediate
Or maybe by now the aftermarket Morimoto XB LED sealed lights are better? Does anyone have experience with both?
My 2015 came with halogen fog lights. so they are not standard.

Pole Position
I put in aftermarket LEDs in the fog lights in our RX450h, LX570, and CT200h. After some 4+ years, still running strong without any problems.
Some CL members will say NOT to do that and will ONLY do OEM or some other VERY EXPENSIVE LED aftermarket stuff. Mine was as around $89 per pair vs some several hundreds or thousands of dollars. If I'm gonna spend that kind of money, then I will just get another car

So are the OEM fog lights mentioned above still the best option? After three years?
