Renewal of Lexus Enform Services with Lexus Safety Connect Services. Is anyone getting a deal on renewals of either or both of these services. If I let it lapse will I get another letter with special pricing, or does it help to call & ask? Thanks Dorothy

It never hurts to ask for a better deal. All they can say is no. I call XM/Sirius whenever my subscription expires and whine about how expensive their service is and that I need a discount. Sometimes I have to re-subscribe for 2 or 3 years, but it works every time.

You can subscribe to only "Safety Connect" without Enform Service. I recently did that, as I never use the Enform Service feature, only the Safety Connect for Emergencies.
